Safety Officer

Role Overview:
As a Safety Officer at Consort Builders, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust safety systems on project sites. Reporting to the Project Manager & HSE Head, you will oversee HSE planning, ensure compliance, coordinate with clients, manage safety materials, and maintain accurate MIS and reporting to safeguard workers and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up Safety Systems at project site
- HSE Planning & Monitoring
- Client Coordination
- Wastage Control in procurement of safety materials
- Managing professional requirements of HSE staff
- Safety MIS and Reporting
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in any Engineering discipline with Industrial Safety Course (NEBOSH/IOSH etc.) OR any Graduate with Industrial Safety Certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer
- Preferred Age: 25 to 40 years
- Strong knowledge of HSE Planning and Monitoring
- Experience in setting up site safety systems
- Skills in Client Coordination and Documentation
- Ability to manage HSE staff requirements
- Proficiency in Safety MIS and Reporting
