Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at Consort Builders, you'll play a crucial role in leading civil projects on-site, reporting directly to the Business Director. You’ll be responsible for managing agreements, coordinating with clients, handling budgets, ensuring safety compliance, and driving successful project execution from start to finish.

  • Project Planning & Monitoring
  • Client Coordination
  • People Management
  • Budget and Cost Management
  • Quality and Safety Management
  • Managing Risks
  • Coordination with other functions
  • MIS & Reports

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Total Years of Experience - Min. 10 years (for BE/B.Tech), Min. 15 Years (for Diploma Holders)
  • Preferred Age: 30 to 45 years
  • Project Agreement Knowledge
  • DSR and AR Knowledge
  • IS specification of major activities
  • IS codes knowledge of ongoing activities
  • Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project & Primavera
  • Basic study of project architectural and structural drawings
  • Knowledge of International/Indian Safety Manual
